Format & Schedule
- 14 clock-hours total
- Three live workshops (one 3-hr kickoff + two 4-hr design studios, onsite or Zoom)
- 3 hours of self-paced Microsoft Learn content

Six rubrics & scoring practice for comprehensive assessment
Co-authoring tasks with OneNote & Teams

Participants redesign an existing lesson or counseling activity using at least three 21CLD dimensions; peer-review and 5-min showcase to demonstrate practical application.
